My husband, Neil and I, along with The Well Encounter House in Caerphilly South Wales, are calling for 40 days of prayer and fasting for revival in our nation.
I know what revival and reformation is, as God is the God of the impossible, I have experienced and live in the truth of it. For thirty years I was in the grip of death and depression. I was a zombie on medications, with suicidal thoughts. The terrible illness and grief tore my being apart. I was bedridden and hopeless, but I clung to my God. After years of counselling (both Christian and NHS) failed me - my psychiatrist took his own life. I said “God there is no hope for me anymore!”

But as I came to the end of myself, Jesus walked into my room one sunny afternoon while I worshipped him, and revived me from the grave that was my life. He healed my brokenness, my heart, mind, emotions, pain and grief in a second. He then poured his beautiful love, joy, and peace into me.

Today I am restored and transformed. I have been totally changed by the power of my Saviour! Now, Neil and I want that same revival, healing, love, power, and reformation to come to everyone we meet. I believe Jesus longs to hear the songs of revival in our nation once more, to see burning hearts ablaze, and to pour out his extravagant love to those who don’t know him, and those that do alike.

We need our God to come and deliver us from an enemy that is too strong for us, the battle is the Lord’s and will be fought in his way - when we take to our knees and seek his face! Our hearts should burn, as we talk with a mighty resurrected Jesus in our times of individual intimacy with him.
My husband and I started The Well Encounter House in May 2024, and we are calling for a 40-day relay of fasting and prayer, because we know this nation needs God desperately.
It says in 1 Chronicles 7:14 ‘If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land.’
What a promise! It’s a living breathing truth from the mouth of a faithful God to us today. I can hear the words echoed from Evan Roberts (one of the leaders of the 1904-5 Welsh revival) a century ago when he cried out “Bend me God, bend my heart, will and being to you and your will.”

For if we, God’s people will do this then I believe he will hear, forgive, and heal our land.
Can you sense the weight of the promise in God’s incredible word? Will you take your positions in the army of God, kneel on the battlefield and let our Almighty King fight for us, our families, our neighbours, friends and population? I will, my husband will, many churches we have contacted will, let’s experience a personal revival and reformation as we do.. It’s all for Jesus Christ’s glory, for he deserves it all!
