Rev Tracy Sickel
Tracy Sickel is a free church Prison Chaplain working in three women's prisons and CEO of Imago Dei. She has worked in prisons for the last fifteen years and is passionate about seeing women achieve their God given potential, understanding their value and living free from their past. Tracy set up Imago Dei charity eight years ago in response to seeing the need for women in prison to have help to process and overcome trauma, abuse and low self esteem. Imago Dei takes an holistic approach to women in the Criminal Justice System and has four projects to meet their specific needs.

Rev Tracy Sickel saw that the number of women in the Criminal Justice System has been increasing at a faster rate than the male prison population, so she started a charity to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of those women.
